Getting Older? Get moving, says Web MD

Dear GAA Friend,

Exercise and aging brains: Physical exercise may be even more urgent than mental exercise when it comes to keeping mentally sharp in old age, a new WebMD item suggests. A recent study of people in their early 70s found that those who engaged in regular physical exercise, such as walking, retained bigger brains than those who were inactive. Mental exercise, such as doing crossword puzzles, did not seem to effect the brain shrinkage associated with aging, researchers say. (WebMD)

  2. It's actually normal to ache the next day. It proves that you worked your muscles. Stronger muscles prevent bone fractions and joint degradation. So you're on the right track. There are easy routines on youtube that you can do at home. The important thing is to keep moving, of course at your own pace.

Normal to ache the next day ! but you should keep on exercising, you know, it is so useful for our muscles. As an easier way,I advise dancing even at home. This is my way to keep up. Good luk
