Another way to advocate for n...great work Chiquita. Another way to advocate for nursing home residents is to become a Volunteer Guardian. The VGProgram is national. One goes through probate court to become a legal guardian of an individual's person-not their $. The clients are folks without family advocates. You visit at least every 2wks., file quarterly reports and provide relationship and advocacy for your ward.
